◆ Material : Nylon 6 (A6) reinforced with 40% short glass fiber, featuring thermal stabilization and toughening modification, injection molding grade. Key properties: high rigidity, excellent thermal aging resistance, low creep, good dimensional stability and high impact resistance.

◆ Characteristics : High rigidity and high toughness (T toughened, with notably higher notched impact strength than standard GF40). Excellent thermal stability and resistance to high-temperature aging, ideal for components around engines. Low creep and good dimensional stability, suitable for precision structural parts. Oil and coolant resistant, widely used in automotive powertrain systems.

◆ Purpose : Automotive: Hood, intake manifold, cylinder head cover, pedal, bracket, radiator components. Industrial: High-rigidity structural parts, bearing housing, gear, heavy-duty housing. Electrical and electronic appliances: High-voltage insulation parts, terminal block, switch housing.
